Swedish Massage - systematic soft tissue manipulation applied directly to the skin using light to medium pressure. This method has been known to increase circulation, improve skin and muscle tone and relieve muscle soreness, reduce stress and promote health and well being.
Deep Tissue Massage - a style of massage that uses strong pressure; slow, deep strokes; and friction across the muscle grain to release chronic muscle tension. (Not recommended for first time massage).
Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (Deep Tissue Massage) - muscle energy and massage myofascial mobilization strategies offer pain-management, sports therapy and structural integration.
Sports Massage - a style of massage that works specifically on problems resulting from athletic performance, training and injury. This form of massage uses techniques similar to those of Swedish and deep-tissue massage. See also deep-tissue and Swedish massage.
Seated Chair Massage - is an ergonomically designed chair for positioning a person who will be receiving a massage, similar in function to a massage table. The chair is portable and easier for the therapist to maneuver than a massage table. Clients do not need to disrobe to receive a chair massage. Due to these two factors, chair massage is often performed in settings such as corporate offices.
Pet Massage - Having had positive results using pet massage, body work and Quantum Biofeedback with our own animals, we decided to make these techniques available to pet owners.
Relaxation, healing and stress reduction are only a few of the benefits for your pet, for working animals and for performance dogs.
